Social media
Hello, please find the offer attached. Best regards
Paste “Copy signature” into your mail settings. Use “Copy HTML” when an app asks for the signature's code.
Everything happens in your browser - nothing you type here is sent to any server.
How it works
How to add the signature in Gmail and Outlook
Gmail: Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new, paste it and save the changes at the bottom. Outlook: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature, paste and save. Apple Mail: Settings → Signatures, choose the account and paste.
What a signature should include
Your name, job title, company and one or two ways to reach you are plenty. A long signature full of icons and quotes looks like an ad and gets cut off on phones. A photo builds trust, a logo builds brand recognition - choose one.
Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't my photo show?
Email apps only show images available at a web address. Upload the photo to your website or to cloud storage with a public link and paste its address.
Will the signature look right on phones?
Yes - it's built from simple tables and styles that every popular email app understands, on phones too.
Is my data stored anywhere?
No, the signature is made in your browser and never reaches a server.
