How I work
I'm currently Lead Developer at NordFlow, where I'm solely responsible for the client's whole application. Before that, for three years I was Tech Lead at LinkedClient - within days of joining I flagged critical risks in the architecture and led a rewrite of the entire platform from JavaScript to TypeScript. I take ownership of a problem end to end - from system and infrastructure design to deployment.
I work calmly and to the point. I don't promise deadlines I can't meet, and I don't hide problems until it's too late. If something needs attention, I say so right away - good collaboration is built on both sides knowing where they stand.
I have hands-on experience with AI-assisted programming and with production integration of language models - OpenAI, Google Gemini, prompt design and in-app flows.
