QR code generator
A QR code for a website, a Wi‑Fi network or your business card. No sign-up, no watermark and no expiry - the code works forever.
Everything happens in your browser - nothing you type here is sent to any server.
How it works
Preparing a QR code for print
For print, download the SVG - it's a vector, so it stays sharp at any size, from a business card to a banner. Leave a white margin around the code and don't print it smaller than about 2 × 2 cm.
You can change the colours, but the code must be clearly darker than the background - many cameras struggle with a light code on a dark background. The tool warns you when the contrast is too low.
Wi‑Fi codes and business cards
A Wi‑Fi code lets guests join your network without typing the password - they just scan it with their phone's camera. A business card (vCard) saves your details straight into their contacts. Tip: add UTM parameters to the link on a flyer and your statistics will show how many people came from print.
Frequently asked questions
Will the QR code expire?
No. It's a static code: the link or data is stored in the code itself, with no server in between, so it works as long as the page it points to does.
Which error correction level should I choose?
Medium is enough in most cases. Choose a higher one if the code may get dirty or you want to put a small logo on it - the code gets denser.
PNG or SVG?
PNG for the web and documents, SVG for print and design work - it scales without losing quality.
