LinkedClient – AI-Powered Omnichannel Sales Automation
Role: Tech Lead / Chief Software Architect
Duration: 3 years (from inception to the current MVP release)
Technologies: NestJS, Vue 3, MongoDB, Microsoft Azure, AI Integration
About the Project
LinkedClient is an advanced SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed to automate omnichannel outbound sales processes using artificial intelligence. The system enables users to run concurrent outreach campaigns across both email and LinkedIn.
The platform's core innovation lies in its deep integration with sophisticated large language models. The moment a prospect replies to a campaign message, the AI seamlessly takes over the conversation. It conducts a natural, context-aware dialogue with the prospect until the user-defined goal is met – which, in most cases, is automatically booking a business meeting.
My Contribution and Key Role
I have been embedded in this project continuously for 3 years, guiding it from the initial conceptual drafts and architectural sketches to the deployment and expansion of the current, highly stable MVP. As the Tech Lead, I designed the core foundations of the entire ecosystem and directed the overall technological roadmap.
My primary responsibilities include:
System Architecture Design: Crafting a highly scalable and secure application architecture capable of processing thousands of real-time interactions concurrently.
Backend Architecture: Designing and scaling a high-performance backend ecosystem built on NestJS. This layer handles seamless third-party API integrations, complex task queuing, and stable communication with AI models.
Frontend Architecture: Designing the structure of a complex user interface in Vue 3, focusing heavily on delivering an intuitive campaign builder and advanced analytical dashboards.
Database Management: Structuring and optimizing the non-relational MongoDB database to ensure rapid data retrieval amid a fast-growing user base.
DevOps & Infrastructure: Configuring, maintaining, and scaling the server environment within the Microsoft Azure cloud, ensuring high availability, system stability, and automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
Outcome and Business Value
Thanks to my long-term involvement, LinkedClient evolved from an ambitious concept into a robust, market-ready product. The stable architectural foundation established in the early stages allowed for the flexible integration of new AI capabilities and effortless platform scaling as the user base expanded.
